I work out so frequently ive cut ive bulked but nothing is getting rid of my wide waist it feels like bone and i dont know what to do to get rid of it permanently?

Could be a skeletal structure problem but either way u need to lose and unhealthy amount of wieght to lose that fat

Most will ship discretely as oils and skincare. Along as ur parents aren't looking throught ur parcels ur fine. U can also order to a friends house and pick it all up

weird suggestion but have you thought of focusing all the muscles rather on the shoulder and not much on your waist to make yourself look wider?

no matter what you do the wide waist will stay, surgery or maxing out your upper body is your only options
