For Cosmetic and aesthetic reason in bimax they would purposefully extend the BSSO frontal body reach more foward including the maxilla itself over 20-30mms. For airway reasons,all they would do is more like repositioning the maxilla just as much as necessary to relief pressure on your airway with a putrusion change of 10mm.

Hey bro, quick heads up. Bimax doesnt mean u will look very good, it only fixes airway, u can have ''good'' airway and still be sub3. im guessing you live in Europe, if u pay a certain amount of money ( or free if ur lucky ) they can flaw the surgery and make it for aestetics aswell. hope this helps
