It all began with @TechnoBoss banning people and deleting threads for making "unban kaligula" threads...
Nothing wrong with that, "posting on behalf of a banned user" is a punishable offense...
however, Mr. Boss took it one step too far....

Kaligula and Technoboss seemed to engage in some sort of argument and seemed to hold animosity towards each other
Here technoboss implies he will "get completely fucked" if he does something
MA_ascender asks how...
Technoboss directly implies that he will retaliate through some means which make use of Kaligula's location
but then... he backtracks
I was not looking to include this at first.. but you may notice that i am screen shotting MA_ascenders replys to technoboss instead of technoboss's messages himself...
That's because technoboss knew he fucked up and later deleted his own messages to cover it up
IS THERE A PRECEDENT TO BAN HIM FOR THIS ALONE?
Yes:
@NarrowBoneMarrow was PERMABANNED for threatening to post my face,
@Arzenic was demodded in part due to also threatening to dox @chadisbeingmade IF he could aquire information
this is different. It is WORSE than posting someone's face and he ALREADY acquired the necessary information
The legal precedent IS THERE, but I will inevitably need more than this to win over the Jew mods, and it is old...

Kababcel DID indeed post on behalf of banned users, and this thread in particular was reasonable to delete:
However, Kababcel then protested, claiming he was not enlisted by kaligula/proex and made the thread on his own accord.
He first made a thread titled: "WE ARE SLOWLY LOSING FREE SPEECH"
regardless of whether or not this was a "good thread", protest is allowed, and this post was obviously NOT on behalf of banned users, but on behalf of HIMSELF
the thread was DELETED
He then made this thread exposing Technoboss for mod abuse
Any guesses what happened next?
Yep. this thread was DELETED as well, IMMEDIATELY.
Now I couldn't snag a screen shot of "WE ARE SLOWLY LOSING FREE SPEECH" before it was deleted. but as said by Kababcel, gengar was actively in that thread, and literally said it wouldn't get deleted
Gengar KNOWS IT WOULDN'T BE JUSTIFIED
but the following thread is RIGHT THERE. AND ITS NOT ON BEHALF OF ANY BANNED USERS! YOU CAN'T SCRUB THAT ONE TECNO

It is clear from these examples that @TechnoBoss CAN and WILL ban people that he doesn't like, OR individuals who call him out for mod abuse.
Calling out mod abuse IS ALLOWED
How else could I have adopted the persona of gaygoodman?
Additionally, lets consider who's hes banning...

whom he said he had the location of, when responding to somebody asking "what would you do to him"
hes banning individuals who associate with THAT person... a bit biased no? however, bias isn't even required to seal this case. these are clearly unjustified bans REGARDLESS.
(now ONCE AGAIN, they did post on his behalf, but that is NOT why they are banned as shown above)
Furthermore, after posting THE ABOVE THREAD, technoboss permanantly banned me without reasonable cause, and numbthepain put all of the mods on a gag order, all of them will like my dms, read them, but never respond. The jewish cabal runs deep, move to gg.
