Gymcel Essentials (Gymcel guide Pt.1)
Haven't seen it done yet. I'm gonna start making a bunch of gymcel guides because I know a lot of people around me and on gg that want to go to the gym and don't know how to start. Here are all the gymcel essentials I recommend.
Criteria:
Value (the most cost effective)
Durability (you get what you pay for in terms of quality.)
Cycle Tie-In:
Grip (increases as you do more reps of rows/deads)
Brace (protects your core)
Flat Base (Leg Drive/Calf ROM)
Hydration/Intra (Pump + Recovery via HGH from post-workout shakes)
Recommended Setup (Optimized One Tier -- Best Value):
Gym Pins:
Cheapest Reliable (Amazon Basics or Titan Fitness Safety Pins $30-$50 per pair) -- RACK SPOTTER FOR HEAVY BENCH/SQUAT SOLO.
Why this is an "optimized" setup: Safe PRs (Maximize Strength -- Can load up a lot of wieight Without Spotter).
