I have tried for 2 weeks and I smashed with a wood on calcaneus on each side 5 minutes and I put on calcaneus towel so that I don't get hurt and somehow it hurt extremly much and I have grew from 183 cm to 184 cm. I have entered on a discord server to see the results of the people from heelssmashinf and they worked for them somehow.

I mean I asked an intelligent guy named @rpo3212 (tiktok)that make slideshows about heightgrowth,etc. I asked him in the server and he said that heelssmashing worked for anothers from the server and btw he is an very intelligent guy.

Will this not stretch the Achilles tendon? Thus making it weaker and more prone to injury.

This is just illogical, there is at least an inch of flesh which would absorb nearly all of the force of impact.

But even if it only grew the bottom of the heel, growing even by 2-4 inches will cause stress on the tendon, much like how high heels weaken the Achilles tendon in foids. If the increase is even slightly too much, it will add strain to the Achilles tendon. Maybe it won't be enough to tear it out right, but it will make you more prone to injury.

Your unnoticeable height gains come from pure inflammation and edema

weakening the one thing that helps you get from point A to point B for a unnoticeable cm isnt going to be make a statistically significant difference on how your treated in day to day life.

someone with thicker sole shoes will still out preform in social interactions than this method.

your time is better allocated towards finding said shoes that have similar effect, or Roiding
