Any way to get rid of sub mandible gland? I also feel some muscles under my jaw that feel connected to it but still ruin my side profile. Any help is appreciated. I am not open to surgery.

Most likely not without surgery its not a muscle so you cant just train it to be more stiff or smth

You can get rid of that with Surgery but i wouldnt recommend
