I have recently switched from lukewarm to hot showers and its the best thing that I've decided to do in a very long time. I get instant stress relief and reach a meditative state that brings me much comfort. My skin and hair quality has also improved a ton and I have noticed some internal cleansing going on as well as slight weight loss.

I did this prior to looking into it and have found some interesting benefits behind it:

I like really hot showers to relax and cope with stressful times, medium warm showers for generally washing myself and cold ones only if Im tired but need to be up or after sports
