im taking beta carrotin and using retinol, im not eating bullshit foods, using moisturizing cream etc...

my issue is my skin isnt popping, it still just looks kinda dry and plain

dont wash face in morning using harsh soap or similar (can use water but not extremely hot or washing excessively) , wash face before bed with cold water
