If you don’t want to inject or wait weeks for results then use a self tanning foam. It takes 4-6 hours and isn’t expensive. Your results depend on what you get but I used spray your way self tanning foam and it works well.

In the winter I recommend mt2 along with eod tanning bed sessions

In the summer, mt1 + tanning bed or tan outside
