dude it helps with your masseter muscle, mandible length, density, etc. is "made" from genetics and bone development. Now, if you somehow like the .0000001% do get it to grow it wont make any visible changes

yea its not going to grow your bones, if it does it wont be visible, but since your masseter muscle might grow it can make your ramus seem better, this can cause bad tmj so just do it in moderation
