there was a girl, i loved her more than anything, but its been more than 1 year since we broke up but still i cant get over her, i need serious help, ever since i cant find any girls attractive or beautiful and i rejected some girls just because i couldnt get over her, i always suffer when im alone bc i always think of her and times when i was happy, is there anything i can do to get her out of my head or should i text her? im stuck , if someone have been in similar situation as me pls tell me what to do.

If you've made even a little progress getting over her in the past 6 months than just talk to other women to get over her, it's not easy but it's your only choice. I've been in your situation before, not that extreme, I missed her for about 6 months after we dated for about 10 months. Its all about your mindset, ofc you're not gonna get over her if you don't think you're able to. Love you Bhai
