I'm currently 5'7 and 15 yr since summer 25 I grew 1cm and my parents arent tall either and I'm thinking about doing 7IU gh for 5 months to help me grow taller and grow my frame is there any way u could give me some advice on how to reach atleast 180cm (170cm currently) I also have been looking into test but thats not important for ts thread

your current height velocity is <1.5cm/year. also from your parents heights, the average male should reach 5'10. but given you're 15 i doubt you'll cross 5'9".

height is mostly done by 16, heelsmashing does not work and no gh and AI arent saving u, it will just be money gone from ur pocket for no reason

even if he’s done growing it’s not over for him

check out the heightmaxxing guide and look into fgfr3 inhibitors

fgfr3 inhibitors inhibit fgfr3 which inhibits bone growth at the epiphyseal plate. meaning it will increase your growth velocity.

even with exogenous gh no fucking chance ur growing 10cm
