I’ve been on accutane for nearly 5 months now but i’ve only just realised how badly the inside of my nose gets dry and starts to bleed then it solidifies. Can anyone help? I’ve tried loads of vaseline but it doesn’t seem to do much. Dry lips i also get but idrc about it that much. Also im only on 20mg but im increasing soon

Mix vaseline, saline and water into a nasal spray bottle and use it

Give solution over jew

I have been on accutane for 5 months aswell i have been using petroleum jelly inside my nose and it has helped alot. Also been using omega 3s
