I’ve noticed that my lower jaw seems extremely recessed, and since Im still going through puberty, Im wondering if there’s a way to improve mandibular recession while my jaw is still developing. I’ve seen a lot about braces, functional appliances, tongue posture, and exercises, but I’m not sure what actually works. What are the most effective treatments during puberty and can jaw growth at this age improve jaw positioning or facial structure?
