con 250 los efectos secundarios son nada, 250 sigue entrando en el rango de TRT, tienes 15 asi que yo usaria 2.5mg de Letrozole para evitar cerrar tus placas de crecimiento por la conversion a E2 y estrogeno de la enzima aromatas y pues si tienes genes que te hagan estar predispuesto a la calvicie yo compraria minoxidil oral o topico y RU5841 como bloqueador topico de androgenos para evitar quedarte calvo (ambos son seguros ntp) y seguramente te va a salir acne asi que compraria isotretinoina de 10mg para eso.
