I feel like I have a pretty solid front but when I turn around all the bad features come out. I have a dentist appointment coming up to try to get a palate expander but I’m wondering what else I can do if there’s any sort of peptide/fix for my issue

Sounds good I’ll go in there and just tell them how I literally can’t breath through one of my nostrils, I was looking into it and there’s a procedure called septorhinoplasty
