i dont really eat much myself my appetite has been fucked for 5 years now and even if idk what i would eat to maximize my growth

i know how that feels, sometimes i can barely eat, my recomendation is that you eat more and more with each day to make sure your body has the right nutrition, in puberty thats extremely important, because your body is developing, growing bone and increasing muscle mass, along with brain developing, height, and much more
