you gave us 4 numbers and you expect us to calculate how much YOUR body decides to grow based on the predetermined genetics that were given to you by your parents 15 years ago.
no one can tell you how tall you are unless you provide us with extensive information about yourself (age you hit puberty, what milestones you reached and at what age, how much you have grown since a particular time, what age you hit your APHV, what ethnicity you are, what are you extended familial heights, how much your dad grew at your age and MANY MORE things) and even then, there's a margin of error (±x cm).
you simply cannot know unless you get a wrist x-ray and ask for your bone age. (even that has a MOE)
