This guide will go over a few topics on this matter including why having a good Instagram account is important, ways to optimize it, and what classes you can fall under.

Why Instagram is important to people (especially women)
Instagram is undeniably the greatest platform for growing your social network and gaining widespread recognition in your environment. Instagram makes your social proof instantly known. When someone receives a follow request from you, your profile picture, bio, and number of followers/following are the first things they look at in a matter of seconds. A high number of followers indicates that you have already been vouched by others.

The objective is to increase your number of followers in a way that subtly raises your perceived social value. This way, if a girl checks your profile after meeting you in person, notices you tagged in a mutual's post, or receives a follow request from you, she will initially perceive you as high-status and socially developed rather than as an incel with no followers.

My results
My first account I made was the end of my sophomore year of high school (ik, hella late). I managed to get that account to 1600 followers and 1100 following. However, Instagram banned my account like 3 weeks ago for no reason so I had to make a new account 2 weeks ago.

My new account is currently at 950 followers and 900 following (ratio will get better as time goes on). I've built the social proof enough to where people will follow me before I even follow them. If they seem random I don't follow back to build my ratio. The vast majority of people I follow first follow me back as well now. My current followers are mostly sorority girls from my university which is pretty great.

I haven't really been trying to status max my Insta recently, but will try to get it to around 2000 followers by my fall semester in August.

How do you optimize your account

Having a 1:1 or slightly positive ratio shows you are high-value and socially active. It implies people actually want to interact with you, rather than you begging for their attention.
High Following, Low Followers: Signals you are desperate for attention or spam-following.
Massive Followers, Extremely Low Following: Looks botted or frauded intentionally.
The Sweet Spot: Keep your Following count at 60% to 100% of your Follower count.

So... how do you achieve a good ratio.
Spend some time everyday spam following people (I do it from my suggested accounts as I have a lot of mutuals with everyone). Don't even look into their account as that takes too much time. Try and follow like 100 people a day ideally. You have to follow those you share mutuals with in order to receive a follow-back. You are unlikely to receive a follow-back from a total stranger. Also, private accounts are more likely to follow you back as they have to acknowledge and manually accept your request.

What you should expect are follow backs. Don't worry yet if your ratio is fucked. Once you start gaining more followers, the ratio at which people follow you back will keep increasing due to the psychology behind social status from followers.

Now what do you do when you want to start fixing your ratio?
You start unfollowing people. Unfollow people who don't follow you back since you don't want to look like someone else's fan (I just download my data off Instagram settings directly, insert my followers/following pdf to Gemini, and find out who doesn't follow me back). Once you do that you will be at a 1:1 ratio. However, it is ideal to have a bit more followers than you follow. Just unfollow random incels that you may have followed that don't have a good social status themselves.

Keep doing this process until you are happy with your followers and following

Your profile picture is the first image someone will see of you. I'm not going to tell you what to make it exactly (just don't be a retard)
Best: Good picture of YOU (preferably face showing although other aesthetic candid photos work)
Some get away with this: Default gray or straight black pfp (only works if you are VERY well known) and baby photo (works if you have good status already)

Don't have a long or cringy bio. Just have your country origin (only if you don't live there) | city | school (can be interchanged: life if you play for a team)
So for example: " greece | miami | @[my university's instagram] '29

Have a story highlight ("📸" is usually what people name it) where you have flicks of you as well with friends or family. Have good music that matches the image. Obv make sure the image is good quality.

Make sure you do not post if you don't think you will get good engagement. A good rule of thumb is to aim for around 1/4 - 1/3 of your followers to like your post and to have around 1/10 comments to follower ratio. Don't get the comment ratio by replying to all your comments though because that is just hella gay. It is fine if others comment multiple times and is actually even better. DO NOT bot likes as people can tell (only people who get like 500+ real likes can maybe get away with 25-50 fake likes)

That's pretty much all the important factors! Goodluck boys!

Snap is easy too. Snapscore doesn't mean shit because someone can be social and not wanna be a streak slave. If you don't wanna do streaks just multi snap bot accounts or get added to a spam gc.

Good Thread I enjoyed it. Instagram has forever been an important thing for me and I take it giga seriously so its nice to see even more advice on here. The spamming suggested accounts is for sure the method, you'll pop up on more peoples suggested that way.
