My face is too wide (fwhr is off because of wide midface)
My ipd and my midface are both wide, Im considering getting a chin implant downgraphed to make my face (chin) longer and more horizontal, is there anything else I could do?

certain things u could do with your brows and hair could change it a bit. give the illusion your skull isnt as wide and ipd

maybe buccal fat removal could reduce the fullness of ur lower cheeks, possibly even a zygo reduction which would narrow your midface.

depends but maybe look at trimming the ends off if there long, just a bit. also growing the brow my inwards. hair cut would just be keeping it a bit more short on the sides and long on top

for midface it depends, if its skeletal lefort I impaction if its tissue (like thin lips) then liplift and/or fat transplants will do, for IPD only option is orbital box osteotomy but not worth it we barely have any before and afters
