I’ve had depression before this might not work for others but oh well this is what I did

Important:

Get help from a professional

If you’re struggling with mental health. Talking to a therapist can really benefit you even if your not sure just do it bro and if you end up getting on a antidepressant get off them soon and don’t depend on them for the rest of your life


Fix your lifestyle
Work on your sleep, diet and exercise.

Enviornment
Try to take care of things that are making you feel down. I know it’s not possible for some people because of bad environments and where you come from. But at least attempt too. Getting into a hobby like playing sports is good it helped me a lot and cleaning your room and your clothes and getting a haircut.

too many niggas seem to forget looks legit just define everything, no amount of coping or bandaging the solution is gonna get you to the mental health peak of being htn born into an upper class family
