i usually sleep at 11-10pm sometimes 12 which is not really good i ai it, and whenever i tried the ai advice it sometimes does not work for me

if you have time to give me some tips I'd deeply appreciate and this is my 3rd time posting a thread about seeking information or tips.

i just googled it and it have some side effects also, like, headache, dizziness and more, also it can affect my pubert.

This guy gets it.
Either way melatonin has literally no side affects and wont do shit for puberty.
The only thing it does is reduce test by about 5% for the first hour its in your system

melatonin is great, but i have a depedency like a crackhead, everytime i dont get melatonin to sleep i cum myself and wake up 3 times in the night:FeelsWeakMan:

Do a lot of stuff in the morning so you get tired enough to sleep in the night. E.g 10-15k steps a day and working out
