32g 4mm needles, Shallow subq just below the skin (not intradermal). Micro inject in a grid evenly spaced (abt a cm apart ) and let diffuse. Angle almost parallel to skin . Dont do more then once every two weeks
Submental / jawline fat: safest facial zone. Stay above the mandibular border. Avoid marginal mandibular nerve territory.
Jowls: only if soft fat is clearly present. Stay lateral. Never inject close to the mouth corners.
Nasolabial fat pads: generally avoid. High risk, low reward.
Periorbital: absolute no. Zero margin for error.
No vascular aspiration complacency. Facial vessels are superficial.
No mixing with other injectables in the same session.
No blind injections based on symmetry assumptions. Faces are asymmetrical.
