Back when I was trying to ascend from a sub5 I started focusing on my hyoid.
Researching made me find out about neck curls and chin tucks.
They actually helped me in my case and I do recommend them but also they need to be done on a constant basis as when I skipped 2 weeks hyoid became bad again and hid my jaw.

i thought that like if u do the chin tucks and neck curls for like a certain period of time like 3-6 months then it just stays good permanently as long as u don’t fuck anything up? I ain’t tryna do chin tucks and neck curls everyday day

so how is doing it 2 times in 2 weeks compared to 0 times in 2 weeks gonna make that much of a difference to where it’s visual? I feel like once a week isn’t enough to make progress it would have to be like everyday
