yo im 17 i went to a check up for rhino about 3-4 months ago and my doctor said i have to wait until 18 and if other doctors do it before that they are money hungry and shit. its so crazy to me that you did it at 16 because everywhere i searched and asked told me to wait until 18 or even 19, the doctor also told me i'll have to get another surgery after my rhino because my growth hasnt stopped and it'll fuck everything up.

Honestly bro, the ROI was high enough for me, because with the amount of bullying I had with my old nose, I thought and decided that my nose was broken already because I got into a fight so I thought to myself well if it were to grow again at least it wouldn’t grow with that broken structure, it would just grow straight in its new position, and that was the main cause of the bullying, i also came to the conclusion my nose will never truly be as big, as thats genetically impossible, or atleast extremely rare, especially supposing since the growth plates are not long away from closing, so even if i have to get surgery again, (which I probably won’t) i wont really have a problem paying because I know i always wanted to get the first surgery, even when I was 15.

Yeah some girls like big noses, however not all big noses are essentially attractive , thats why i got a nose job because my nose was big but UGLY, however yours might me big but ATTRACTIVE so just honestly my advice to you would be to really do everything you can to evaluate it, and see if it suits your facial features and your phenotype, example if your phenotype has pakistani genetics, dont get a nose job as it will look gay, or atleast dont get the tip lifted, but just get to know people who are brutally honest and ask them about it .
It was very bad my old nose just doesnt look bad in that lighting, if your logic is correct, tell me why the bullying has stopped and why people would say “is your nose broken” and would take the piss out of me for it after every argument, i dont get bullied anymore so your wrong unfortunately
