laser depigmentation is the only real permanent method, and since you have hazel instead of t50s you're already more likely to get a pleasing result compared to the bland grey blue you usually get

Ignore the cope. DMSO+BAC solution with lightening agents (don’t quote me, but i think glucosamine) will do the job. I recommend you use this for heterochromia as opposed to bilateral lightening.
