From what you've written there is not much that can be said, there are a few disorders except depression like ScPD for example that could be the cause of this, but they exist always with other symptoms, so you should either seek professional help, and if u cant afford it, then do your own research, study different disorders, and study your own mind obsessively, and when you will have enough knowledge you will propably know what exactly you are. Many people in this community will say "you are just nd", but the thruth is autustic people are often really expressive with their emotions between their burnouts, and if it really started only 3 years ago there is a good chance that this is only some kind of mood disorder, and not neurodivirgence or something like ScPD/ASPD. But you have to be carefull while assesing that bcs with personality disorders like this, symptoms are often getting worse and better in different phases of life, you need to deepen the understanding of your childhood to make a correct diagnosis.

Then its a good starting point for you to understand your psychology. But to see the patterns in your behaviour that may be the symptom of some disorder you need to acquire some kind of theoretical knowledge. I personally just watch Psychology In Seattle when I am going to sleep, this channel is awesome, you literally have a dedicated playlist with 20+ videos each one of them 2h+ long diagnosing game of thrones characters, the only downside of this channel is that some od the high effort videos are behind a paywall. But I woulndt sugesst you using it if you are planning to study psychology awake, like I watch this mainly to sleepmaxx bcs I have ADHD and its easier to fall asleep for me that way

What are you talking about mate.
just read his shit hes crazy :feelscry:
"Crazy" is a relative term, bcs its the opposite of normal, and we are the ones that decide what's normal, but looking at his another thread there is high likeablility that he has NPD, bcs this thread about lobotomy serves no purpose other than being in the centre of attention, and if he made that shit up about being schizo, then it makes the ASPD option more realistic, due to impulsive lying. Telling absolutely made up stories to other people without feeling discomfort, and even feeling rewarded doing it is often an indicator of ASPD. Idk if its still relevant bcs "larping" is an official thing here, but people with ASPD are propably the original larpers

And maybe he staged it all up just to larp the dark triad, we will never know, but if he has an urge to do it then paradoxically it is what makes him more likely to be dark triad

maybe imposter syndrome? this is only a guess because those who have it feel the need to fake their personality, it could be another disorder tho
