look I just went to the doctors for my Hight (im 181) He said you only have 6 months of growth left(Before my growth pallets fuse) My bone age is 17 while im 16 We talked about GH and he said even if I made you take GH boosters it wont help in those six months. he made me take ArgiZink plus and Growit (It has L arginine , Folate, vit K2 and Selenium) He said youll see about 1.5 cm difference in 4 months and the max you can grow is 5cm. what do Yall recomend I take ??
I havent been on .gg for a long time and I dont know anyone so I cant tag

Your not really short and your doctor is right you can still fraud with height bossters to 6 foot

You can push to abt 9 month maybe max another yr if u do this. You need to look into compund that delay chondrocyte ossification your plates are likely in there hypertrophic stage and ossification is next (what fuses the plates). What im taking is abaloparatide (teriparatide might also work) this grows bones ans also slows cartilage osteoclast hence slowing ossification. Another option would be aromatase inhibitors if ur high in e2.

CAUTION- these may not work As enzymes like 17β-hydroxysteroid that surround the growth plates and have similar mechanism to aromatase will upregulate

i cant post on my phone idk why but I think its a bit late for that. The doc said you could maybe grow another 5cm by sleeping at 11 getting rid of your phone/any device at 9
