I think there is definitely a negative correlation between effectiveness and age, but I think you will see some results at 18-20, just less than if u were 12-15. That doesn't mean it isn't worth it. It's not like I'm 30 tryna do this because at that point I doubt id see any change at all, but under 25 you can definitely see some changes.

excess growth hormone like in Acromegaly proves that adult facial bones can still remodel and thicken like i said, and soft tissues can grow, which can change facial appearance over time and these changes occur through bone remodeling and periosteal deposition rather than ACTUAL lengthening of bones, like I said... again... remodelling, I never claimed HGH would provide any amount of forward growth, all I did was say that it is possible to remodel with HGH

yea I agree, if plates are close dont take it for height. Im fine with my height, im taking it mainly for bone remodeling and some muscle growth, thats it.

it def will remodel bones. That's just how HGH works. I don't really gaf too much about muscles because face is law, but some muscles will def help appeal. HGH is literally (almost) only good for bone remodeling lol.
