wear shoes that give you 4-5cm + put your heel on the top of your shoe (the back part), you'll walk like you've been raped in the first few tries but then you get used to it and figure out ways to immediately get into that position and walk normally. I can do it easily now and it's a huge boost.

CRISPR will massively change the beauty standard. It could completely flip it or it would be whoever has a flaw but not massively noticeable e.g if everyone is 6’4 HTN a 5’8 HTN might be in demand higher as he is more likely to be natural or a 6’4 HTN with a bad mandible

Or it could just be the ugly kids become the best looking idk tbh
