I have been so happy these past couple days. Ive made many new friends. I think I was sad bc the sadness I felt was the only link back to why I was sad to begin with. If that makes any sense. I've been more helpful to people and that's brung me joy, I've been progressing in the gym. I was diagnosed with depression almost 5 months ago now and I didn't take a single anti. There's is always a way, no matter who you are or how u feel never resort to suicide. I'm here for yall bc ik what it's like.
