INTRODUCTION -:
This is a guide on how to build an aesthetic, high status, NT insta profile that will attract girls. Your Instagram is your first impression and if it looks weird, messy, or autistic, women will ignore you. A aesthetically pleasing, normal (neurotypical) profile is non negotiable . it signals confidence, status, and value. If you can’t present yourself properly online, you’re invisible.
Username & Bio-:
Your username is your first impression online, so it needs to be simple, memorable, and confident. Avoid long, messy names, random numbers, or too many underscores cuz that make you look sloppy and retarded.Because obviously, if you pick something messy like "Xxjoshephxx67", girls will instantly know you’re the pinnacle of personality, right? Nah they won’t. Your username doesn’t have to scream “look at me” or “I’m trying too hard.” Keep it simple, easy to remember, and slightly cool without being a ND dumbfuck.
If you have no clue what to put in your bio, don’t even bother you don’t need one. A weak, messy, or try hard bio will make you invisible, and girls will scroll past without a second thought. Random emojis, lame quotes, or desperate attempts at being funny only screams a low value. Half-assed attempts aren’t just ignored, they’re laughed at.
Profile -:
For your profile picture to actually work, you need to be at least 4.25 or above there’s no way around that. If your facial structure isn’t doing you any favors, don’t pretend otherwise. Use every tool you have angles, that fucking white filter that every fraudcel use(90s vintage sony filter) and if you have to, light filters or minimal makeup to boost your look. Online, nobody cares how real you are. They care about what looks good in that tiny circle.

FOLLOWERS-:
Your following-to-followers ratio is basically your social value scoreboard on Instagram, and if you’re following more people than you have followers, you already look desperate, low-value, and invisible. High following plus low followers screams that you’re chasing while nobody cares, and girls instantly read it as “no one wants him, so why should ? The ideal setup is simple. Keep your following under 300 and push your followers past 1,000 to look high-value and preselected anything below that is mid at best, and if you’re following 600–1000 people with under 200 followers, you look like a background character begging for attention. Fix your ratio by mass unfollowing with zero mercy, going private for two weeks to manufacture scarcity, posting only once your numbers stop embarrassing you, and lightly morphing your pics to boost appeal without looking like an Ai mutant.
I usually go to a hot chicks profile, follow all her attractive friends, and wait until they follow me back. Then I unfollow them and repeat this process for some time. or u can just buy followers
