got bottle right here curious as to if i should apply to upper & lower lashes, dont want any orbital fat loss
my lashes arent bad been using 5% minoxidil and the ordinary lash serum,

however since implementing one of the two my eyebags have gotten bad (used to never have any even with little sleep) so if any one knows anything for that itd be much appreciated
