Asked the same question on .org, sadly like 80% of the awnsers were jesters (also why i switched to .gg), but from what i know it’s dangerous and not worth it (also not worth it since your medial canthus isn’t even that bad).

Cutting it isnt worth it but its not needed either, if uou cut it its jist gonna heal back and everytime you cut it your risking blindness and infections
