It looks like you have recessed infras I'd say get a fat graft, if you dont want to hardmax get a under eye serum (probably won't work)

Yeah your pallet looks pretty narrow, bite the corner of a peice of paper and measure how long your pallet is from the teeth marks in the paper 42-44mm is considered healthy
