The standard dosing here was 160 mg/m^2/day - The dosing was divided into 2 administrations.
Example -
Average 5 year old - 110cm-18kg-5y = 120mg PER DAY
Average 10 year old - 138cm - 32kg-10y = 180mg PER DAY

3. Why its diffrent for YOU and ME
1- Most likely you are not between the ages of 2 and 12 years old
2- You are not planning on going anywhere NEAR 120-200mg Isotret DAILY
3- You are already FAR more developed (GP wise ) than a 5 year old kid
4- Lets be honest here, even if it had a 1.38% change, having chronic acne is far worse

Yes it can, but you are safe with a low dose of 10 mg to 20 mg.

slightly positive, even.
