INTRO AND GUIDE TO LEMON BOTTLE



Hello bhais, yes I know there’s ton of information on this and ofc this took inspiration from pneumo however I did take time to do my own research and even experiment on myself to make this. This will be a practical guide on lemon bottle.



What is Lemon Bottle?

Lemon bottle is a lipolysis solution that is used to breakdown localized fat structures. It’s a bit different from typical fat dissolvers. Claiming to dissolve fat faster and prevent bloating.



Key ingredients

Lemon bottle is made up of 3 main key ingredients…

1. Bromelain - An enzyme derived from pineapple, it is used to treat inflammation and phytotherapy. Helps prevent formation of mature fat cells
2. Riboflavin - Vitamin used to help metabolize fatty acids through the lipids and reduce triglyceride levels.
3. Lecithin - acts as an aid in emulsifying and metabolizing fatty acids through in the body.

Now… How can we optimize results?

Both preparation before and after the procedure is important as having the body in natural lipolysis state will further improve results.



Fasting 6+ hours before AND after will help put the body in more a ketosis state. Consumption of a high fiber low carb diet, calorie deficit, HIIT, 2-3 liters of water, 10k steps a day, face massages and lymphatic drainage. All of these things will put your body in an optimized state to flush/aid metabolization and lipolysis.

(Hopefully you’ll already be doing half of these things if injecting needles into ur face for aesthetics…)



Next. The actual procedure itself. Preparation

Here will be a list of recommended item for performing DIY Lemon bottle

1. Ofc the Lemon bottle
2. 100 unit Insulin syringes
3. Lidocaine numbing cream
4. Alcohol disinfecting wipes
5. Mapping pen or pencil

Firstly before proceeding you must understand when dealing with needle there are IMPORTANT veins in the face that you wouldn’t want to puncture. Here is a little map and visualization of what you’ll be dealing with.

Puncturing one of these veins COULD paralyze your face and lead to issues you wouldn’t like… once you have located the area of veins on your face make sure to map them out. Do not inject for the face at or above only below the cheekbones for cheeks nor at the masseter muscle. I recommend following the red outline. (It’ll be a rough idea at best…)



Now we can begin preparing to inject.

I don’t think I have to say this but obviously perform in a sterile environment. Wash both hands and face beforehand then disinfect using alcohol wipes. Secondly rub the numbing cream thoroughly on the injection site, let sit for 15-20 mins.



Now for dosing and injection sites.

Map 6-8 injection points, expect to use 5 -10ml of lemon bottle per SITE. The same amount of chin can be applied to the cheeks (gauge the amount of fat/results wanted and up or lower dosage, you can always perform more sessions if needed..)



Before injection map out desired injection site, wipe down the lemon bottle top and injection site using the alcohol pads (you'll have to redraw the site lol) Insert the needle SUBCUTANEOUSLY from a 45 degree angle.

Once injected the desired amount take out the needle and gently rub the injection spot to prevent any build up of the lemon bottle and aid in the distribution. Repeat until all sites and spots are completed. Once done prepare a cold compress for the face 15-20 mins a day. Do not directly touch the face with dirty hands for the next 24-48 hours. Avoid intensive excersize and sweating for the next 24 hours. Sleep with head elevated at night and of course perform all of the aforementioned after care. If needed perform 1-2 more sessions and enjoy your benefits of lemon bottle :)



Some things I learned while doing mine

1. injecting 90 degrees = bleeding
2. You will look like a ball immediately after
3. The pain is 3/10 at most maybe slight pinch when injecting
4. You feel super low inhib after
5. Face feels numb, prob the lidocaine lol

Probably, but I’ve done my first session and I notice a difference. It’s not magic and ofc all fat dissolvers require multiple sessions, but I think I could achieve the results I’d like in 1-2 more sessions. Also unlike Aqualyx there isn’t a long wait time between. I can do my next session next week or so. It’ll all be preference imo
