I’ve come to the point where I’ve ruined my own life for external appearance, my life improved with women a decent bit and I got called beautiful or gorgeous a few times. But the mental tradeoff and jealousy from others will never really hurt you

I lost the majority of my old friends and I get critised by them, I look in the mirror 100+ times a day, I can no longer eat salt without wanting to commit sucuide or any high carb slop meal

Looks matter a lot and it’s getting worse but there’s a minority of genuinely brilliant women that don’t care past a very easy to hit threshold (not obese). The type of girls you attract being really good looking aren’t like this
