any advice on lower palate expansion, I can’t get SARPE on my top palate because my orthodontist said that if that were to happen, my lower palate is small. Is there any lower palate expanders I could ask for, and are they effective??

Its a surgery.

Your lower jaw is not built like the upper one where the teeth sit around a palate. Theyre (basically) set on the mandible itself, thus you cannot just expand it like you can expand your maxilla through mse/marpe etc

The only solution to widen your jaw is surgery
