this was a 24-week jumping program had significantly greater height gains and higher IGF-1 activity. Growth was due to hormonal effects, not fucking mechanical bone lengthening.. This is the most retarded thing I've seen jfl (I had not responded to it because I hadn't read the study.)

Jumping won't save you manlets. There is a extremely small chance of it working but this only applies to the young ones. (I recon anything under 13)
