Colour customization but instead of just making it a couple of colours, Make it the entire color codes (I don't know what it's called, But it's the wheel of colors you use when getting your color hex code.)

Also, Make it so that you can make the theme of the site a specific image.

I think it should have the classics dark and light and then I don't know if it's hard to code it, but customizable colour themes would be nice.

custom color themes are insane, I’d have to customize every button with every color to keep everything clear and readable

You mean on the wheel of colours? If yes then the best option I think it could be doing the different colour options one by one. Like:
Dark
Light
Red
Blue
Purple
Green
Etc...
