This thread purely includes my facial ascension plan. First I'm gonna hop one cycle of androgens and see if it can help me(my stack is in my previous thread if anyone is wondering). I know androgens cant fix recession but I want to take them to get a little bit better of a brow ridge and a wider base before surgery. I also am getting checked for sleep apnea, which I probably do, in 5 days.

These are my facial stats(refined by chatgpt):

Recessed Maxilla (upper jaw/midface flat):
  • Side profile: Flat under-eyes, no forward cheek projection, nose dominates (positive nasal projection but midface behind).
  • Front: Narrow midface, flat cheeks — lacks width/forward growth.
  • Severity: Moderate — not severe, but limits harmony.
Recessed Mandible (lower jaw/chin weak):
  • Side: Weak chin (retrognathic), steep mandibular plane, short ramus — jaw sits back.
  • Front: Narrow gonial angles, soft jawline (no square width).
  • Severity: Moderate — chin recessed, but good potential with DHT/fat loss.
Recessed Infraorbitals (under-eye support lacking):
  • Side/Front: Flat infraorbital rim — negative orbital vector (eyes slightly "bulging" relative to rim), hollowing potential if BF drops more.
  • Severity: Mild–moderate — hooded eyes help, but rim recession adds tired look.

Face might be a little distorted

Here are all the surgeries ill get to fix it (refined by gpt):

Surgery Plan (target age 17–18, after height plateau + apnea confirmation):

  • Primary: Double Jaw Surgery (DJS/bimaxillary advancement) — forward maxilla/mandible for projection + airway (apnea cure).
  • Implants (custom titanium/PEEK):
    • Zygomatic (cheek) implants — wider/high cheekbones.
    • Infraorbital rim implants — better under-eye support/projection.
    • Chin implant — stronger forward chin.
    • Jaw angle implants — wider gonial angles (square jaw width).
Im planning to get the DJS then get invisalign and one year later get all my implants done. Might get a rhino too but I don't think my nose it that bad. Any advice is wanted.

Current Height Base (3 months in):

  • HGH 8 IU/day split
  • PTH 60 mcg/night
  • Aromasin 6.25 mg EOD
Upcoming 6-Week Recomp Cycle (previous thread — for gains + face sharpening pre-surgery):

  • Test Prop 300 mg/week
  • Mast E 150 mg/week
  • Anavar 50 mg/day
  • Proviron 75 mg/day
  • Base continued
Stats:

  • Age: 16 ⅔
  • Height: 6'0.5" (+0.75" in 3 months on height base)
  • Weight: 163 lbs
  • BF: ~12–13% (8 months training from 135 lbs)

I literally have the money and also have sleep apnea and I'm going to get tested for it in 5 days.
