I built up with tretinoin first now im trying to build up the taz frequency

Is there anything you'd tweak about the cycle in general?

The only thing I’d even tweak is don’t donate blood unless you actually have Hematocrit issues
It hardly moves the needle n drains your Iron hard.

Also donating Blood on accutane is illegal, not really but super immoral to the donation facility’s

N also I see you don’t have NAC or Glutithion listed so pick between the one n you’ll be Igh since there work through similar pathways but Glutathione being the more superior one in terms of Oxidative stress plus it helps with coloring a lot.


N also this is arbitrary but add k2 to the vitamin D and up to 10,000IU

don’t know if your doing daily pins or EOD or whatever

N also add your main goal of the cycle n length

My baseline HCT is a little on the higher end so i just do it to be safer but i also might just throw in aspirin and some other shit instead , usually is quite a non issue without rape shit like EQ , pentoxifylline already helps blood flow but yeah.

I don't have NAC because of the anhedonia risk , TUDCA and Reta should suffice for the liver (I hope at least jfl)

I LDARED glutathione bcz its rapidly broken down in plasma so doesn't really enter cells easily (and we need intracellular synthesis for liver protection not just having it in the blood) , maybe liposomal could but i haven't looked into it enough

Main goal of cycle is a body recomp and pretty much as much lean mass as i can hence the low dose tren for the powerful nutrient partitioning and will be 16 - 20 weeks depending on mid cycle bloods
