I always got bullied because of how I looked and because I was 5'2 . After meeting great people online who helped me I finally ascended . Finally found a gf became 5'11 (I'm still insecure about my height) made friends. I finally get invited to parties .I never thought I'd make it this far . I wanted to kill myself when I was 15 now that I'm 16 I'm finally starting to see hope in my life . Please if you ever think about suicide talk to someone. I did and now I'm here . It takes time but it's worth it you won't magically ascend overnight it takes time but trust me it's worth it. Even though I've been on this site for two months this place is the best place to get information there's a lot of high iq people here. I'm happy for you dude, but genually what did you do to ascend like that, as for me, I started looksmaxxing like 6 months ago as a 5'7 17 and now im almost 18 but still i don't see any difference in the mirror and didnt even grow taller, maybe i was like LLTN and now Mid LTN but still almost no changes

U can only do so much with softmaxx for him it was probably mostly puberty

yeah because he was 15 in the start as for me I was 17 so the puberty has ended, but idk what to do to improve my look with 100 % natural, because i already got tons of shit like recessed maxilla, recessed chin and no bone mass, basically just got good eye area, and lower face is 50% recessed

Don't compare your progress with others bro looksmaxxing is an individual journey, just learn what you need to improve and act accordingly.

is there really nothing else to do but surgery ? like maybe try to improve my jaw muscles to get wider face, maybe mewing could fix something, chin tucks, neck curls idk, or even increasing testosterone by hitting the gym

if not then what kind of surgeries people do to get wider lower face with a good jawline, hollow cheeks etc? just curious and really need to ascend because not only im chopped but also 5'7 and cant grow taller

Yeah theres nothing besides getting lean, debloating. Gym is very good you can still grow ur clavicles they stop growing at 25 if im not mistaken. yeah, i would try to start gym and cardio, try to just lose even more bodyfat and replace it with muscles just to not look like a skeleton, might also just start wearing lifts to get at least to 5'9 (better than 5'7 already), about the surgeries gonna think after hitting 21-23 yo, I appreciate your help

U could do softmaxes but remember it will only make you closer to your potential (aka if you weren't made to be htn Chad or smth you'll never be one without surgery). Most ppl are ugly cause of bad developpement, if they would develop normally(or great) they will at least be lmtn-mmtn and could go to hmtn with other softmaxes.
Still a genetic (luck based lol) game in the end in terms of how far you can go without surgery.

If my growth pallet is still open, idk what to tell my doctor to let me have those hormone boosters, he would probably say « you don’t need it » or « looks arent important » same goes about my parents, so idk maybe it won’t be possible for me to get any hormone boosters and I would need a surgery to fix my chin and my maxilla if it’s recessed a lot (cant really know if it’s recessed a lot, slightly recessed or not recessed at all), probably gonna fraud my height, and get muscles cause im already slim enough, just gonna ascend my eyebrows, also I apology for the late respond, thank you for the advices man
