For context im 14 born in april 180cm tall and still growning, 58kg and Norwegian.

Health factors:
my thyroid might be little okay I can be outside in a shirt but I gets a little cold if I consistently trow snowballs at people and if it goes below 5-10 degrees (Celcius)
I eat what the media calls “good food” but it’s actually better than the majority in Norway. (No seedoils, boycotting bovaer, real butter etc)
Grew 1 centimeter last month, I am still like 3 shades tan from summer, but I got some acne, but it has improved with smal diet changes. I do have blackheads. Now let’s look at the plan so far:
Firstly I want to optimize heigth, my mom is 177 and my dad is 180, but both my moms grandparents (likely ate good food and nutrition) where upwards 2 meters tall. My plan is to eat oats with low pasteurised whole milk for breakfast, 3 eggs for lunch, and stop eating late night snack. I’ll also start running max effort on treadmill.
Now it’s my skin, as the eldest son it’s most likely the poison/junkfood I inherited from my mom. But there are several solutions 1. Detox and stop eating soy slop and artificial sweeteners 2. Train it away with cardio 3 accurate and dht blockers. I don’t know what I should do or if I need anything extra or sum
Eyebrows; my eyebrows are over average shape but lacks density. Is castor oil enough or do I need minoxidil? I’m dyeing them black with a marker wich looks unfrauded as my dirty blond hair is darkening to brunette after tannmaxxing all summer. Honorable mention: should I use dht blocker for this to and if so natural? Or am I too young to see benefits?
Hair: I need to grow it out again and style it more. I use fiber clay/pomade stuff wich works but I think texture powder works better? Do I need to use based or is it okay for skin?
Philtrum: fuck my philtrum I would do anything to make it smaller
Overbite: I have an overbite, and yeah chewing tough foods more forward could work, but my 4-6 top frontal teeth go to long down to slide my under teeth forward and I have to move my mandible a little down to get my lower teeth over them (any fix I hate my bad side profile)
Eyecolor: I have green eyes but they appearance dark/ gray in normal lighting (I’ll link this to the poison covering my eyes reflecting light darker) could also be my Temu hunter eyes giving shade
Zygomatic: there is nothing special about my zygos, I’m thinking about bonesmashing but I don’t want an asymmetrical face.
Ramus it’s got an alright angle but not good enough length is like 60-80% of what might be good. I do not know how to make it better, any tips?
jawline: it’s average I think but my overbite makes it worse. I don’t know what works or what but thumb pulling, chin tucks against wall and laying, starvemaxxing, eating tough foods ( teeth problem with overbite though)
Eyes: I’m not sure how ideal the ratio between them are but should I cut cantus?
Jaw width: I have no idea, the only valid black looksmaxxer Jon starke or sum talked about “restraing” or something idk
Ears: they might be outsticking
Abs: doing daily training in my room including push ups, sit ups, burpees, etc (I got no clue)
Facial harmony: I dont know bro
