I get that it’s just a phase but my skin is really red and peeling and I don’t want to be walking around like this

when i first started tretinoin this happened to me. You need to slowly up your dosage. I started at once a week then kept going until my skin got used to it and then keep on upping the dosage until your skin is adjusted

Use isobiome effeclar h bro, it contains niacinamide aswell as glycerin and squalane. Squalane helps particularly well against the cell turnover caused by retinoids. Apply it both before and after applyting ur retinoids and it should reduce irritation, aswell as reduce the current irritation.
