What I have been doing for the past half year is this weird somewhat frauding mechanism where you jaw clench to flex the masseters, but I push my mandible in the direction of my maxilla(up and forward) to imitate a force similar to the marpe headgear or such as "thumbpulling" yet I do this masseter exercise for hours on end every day just like mewing. I don't think it works but something has changed my jaw to look like this. According to my theory, it should push not only the maxilla forward but force the mandible to move with it via force and applied pressure. (I know Im an iqlet sorry) LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS DEBUNKABLE PLEASE.

Its similar to jutting, just that my jaw is being extended past my teeth and is pressed against them(slight/no force)
