I hate the direction this community has taken. It’s no longer about improvement, it stopped being that a long time ago. Now it’s mostly about flexing, staying stuck, and playing the victim. If you’re here, you’re supposed to be trying to improve, but very few people actually are. I thought I’d find people here with a similar mindset, but honestly, it’s not that different from what you see on TikTok or in real life. You can deny it, but it shows. I know this is a process, but most people here don’t even have basic clarity. They just follow whatever others say, trends, shortcuts, distractions. None of you will really "ascend" you continue with that mentality and that's okay because that's what differentiates you from those who really deserve it. You can say "I don't like the way I live." But you deserve it for being retarded.
At this point, looksmax is a solved domain. The information is already there, anyone with basic initiative can figure out how to improve physically. Continuing to obsess over it is just intellectual laziness disguised as self-improvement. What this forum lacks isn’t more looksmax content, it’s depth. Journaling fills that gap. It forces reflection, exposes patterns, and allows for actual feedback instead of recycled advice.
Most of you don’t lack information, you lack clarity. You follow whatever narrative is trending, drugs, validation, women, without questioning it. That’s not improvement, that’s imitation. And when I see people here talking about suicide over external factors, it’s not just concerning, it’s predictable. A mind without structure will always default to the easiest exit under pressure. Journaling isn’t a cure, but it’s one of the few tools that can interrupt that process by forcing you to articulate what’s actually going on.

If you have any thoughts regarding what I'm saying, please reply; I'm interested.
