This is my theory for potential indirect GH release from a compound known as "Levothyroxine". It is intended for individuals with hypothyroidism which is a condition where the thyroid gland doesn't produce a sufficient amount of thyroxine(T4)
So, what is levothyroxine and how could it o crease GH levels?
By increasing thyroxine levels, levothyroxine helps regulate metabolism, improving energy levels, concentration, mood, body temperature, and heart rate, while also supporting digestion and helping weight stabilise. It also has an indirect effect on growth hormone (GH) levels: when thyroid hormone levels are low, GH production and action can be reduced, so correcting this with levothyroxine can help bring GH function back for a normal person who already has a defficiency, however, for an average person with normal GH levels they could use this to thier advantage by increasing GH and IGF-1 levels . It is usually taken once a day on an empty stomach because the body absorbs it best this way, and it can take a few weeks for the full effects to be noticeable. The dosage is tailored to each individual, as taking too much or too little can cause issues, and although it affects metabolism, it has not been researched for weight loss effects either.
Lmk if you're mirin' the theory boyos!
