it can increase the risk of it but there’s not many study’s on snus since it’s usually lumped together with other nicotine/tobacco products if you do it in moderation you will be fine.

I use snus for around 3 years, i dont have any problems and i has helped me in my weight loss and also focus. You should use normal ones around 10-25 mg pouches, a occasional 50 mg wont harm you. But you should take oral hygiene seriously and eat good nutritional foods that combat the side effects.
